I stayed at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by how clean it was.
The rooms, pool area, and common spaces were well maintained every day, and it was clear that the staff work very hard to keep everything tidy and comfortable for guests.
Always with a smile on their faces, taking care of any issues and or questions that arose whatsoever, promptly, kindly and professionally.
Despite being located in the busiest area of the island, it was exceptionally quiet, quaint, clean and close to truly anything a guess might need or desire.
What is disappointing is that some guests make extremely demanding and sometimes unfair complaints, expecting services that simply do not correspond to the category of the hotel.
This is not a 5-star luxury resort, nor is it a private villa.
It is a hotel in Laganas, one of the busiest tourist areas in Zakynthos, where common areas are naturally shared with other guests.
I believe visitors should approach their stay with realistic expectations and, above all, treat the hotel employees with courtesy and respect.
The staff do their utmost every day to assist guests in the best possible way, often under considerable pressure during the busy season.
It is truly unfortunate when exaggerated or false accusations are made by people who show little respect for others.
Therefore what disappointed me has nothing to do with the staff or the hotel, but with the misinformational ill reviews, and unappreciative guests.
Honest reviews are always welcome, but kindness, fairness, and basic respect should never be forgotten.

Johnathan was so nice everyone loved him he was such an amazing host. Everyone felt so comfortable with him hosting.
The front door broke during our stay so we could only use the balcony door. Also a better shower curtain. Amazing stay and great value, lovely hosts and very safe

The staff were so so so lovely and location is perfect for zante strip!!
It was a little outdated, but you get what you pay for. Also would recommend exploring other food options for what you pay.
