Alkyonis hotel

Big room, clean beds and bathroom. Having AC was great. Cleaning was done daily, towels changed every 2 days, and sheets every 3 days. The pool was convenient - in the afternoon, there was some shade over one side of the pool - good for the kids. Location was pretty good. At the first floor there's a car rental company - highly recommend if needed.

The fact that the room we got was in the attic meant it was pretty warm inside without AC. The AC was pretty noisy to sleep with, but there wasn't an option to stop it.

The price of the hotel is very affordable. The staff are kind and always ready to help. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and serviced daily. There is a pool with a bar where you can order anything from breakfast to pizza and burgers. They also make really good drinks. For this price, the hotel offers quite a lot. We had a wonderful time at the hotel, and if we ever come back to Zakynthos, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was pretty clean. You get towels every 2-3 days. There is a nice pool. You get what you paid for i guess.

Parking was very small, sometimes we had to park in front of another car. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything from the halls. Bathroom looks new but the shower overflows easily and there are no shelfs or cupboards to put your toiletries. Towels were clean but on a couple of them were stains. The older lady and the guard basically took our key the night before we left, saying that we use the air conditioner too much and that it's expensive, mind you i paid the full price, all the taxes and all the facilities. Overall an average stay, good in price and clean, just a very bad experience with the staff.
