I had a great time at the hotel and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Great location and the gym was very good for a hotel gym.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!! If I could give this hotel a zero I would! The only positive is the location on Boa Viagem. Stayed two nights, November 13, 2025 to November 15, 2025. I booked, and provided my credit card information at least three weeks in advance for an executive double room-sea view. When I checked in late on the 13th, after traveling for over 30 hrs. I was not given the room I had a confirmation for, executive double room-sea view. Instead, it was a very small, dilapidated room at the rear of the hotel with a view of the rear of 3 or 4 other hotels/apartments. I was told, "there are none available". I was exhausted so I took the room. The next morning I spoke to a supervisor, showed my confirmation, executive double room-sea view. I was then given the room I had booked and paid for. I stayed again on November 22, 2025. As I had prebooked and paid for, weeks in advance. When I checked in it was the same supervisor I had dealt with on my last stay, November13-15, 2025. I asked if it was an executive double room-sea view. I was told, "no there are none available" again, I showed my confirmation. Again, I was told "there are none available" I stayed for the night as it was already paid for. It's obvious to me they resold my room, on two different occasions for a higher rate. Long story short. It doesn't matter what you book and pay for. This hotel cannot be trusted to provide the confirmed accommodation you booked and paid for. I will never stay here again, and highly recommend you stay elsewhere!

Filthy - Dust and mold Not even remotely close to 5 stars. Half the hotel is upgraded to current standards half is stuck 30 years in the past I booked an up floor room with Agoda that went horribly wrong as I was assigned a classic family room upon check in. The disparity between room specs is insane The room was filthy with dust everywhere, dirt/grime uncleaned with mold in the shower and mold growing on the window curtains. It does not get remotely close to 5stars. I have stayed in 3 star hotels that were far superior. Theres a single bed mattress protector on a double bed. So expect to get contact with a mattress on the edges I told the hotel about all of my concerns and was told there is nothing they can do.
