Location is fantastic, right on Boa Viagem. Wish they had a restaurant for meals other than breakfast. The breakfast was very good though. Definitely recommend!

Very old room. Smelly towels, leaking AC, toilet seat seat is foamy plastic (cheaaaaaap). Breakfast is decent. Nothing special. Definitely not worth the price. There are better option for half price. Not coming back.

Stayed two nights, November 13, 2025 to November 15, 2025. I booked and paid for an executive double room-sea view. When I checked in late on the 13th, after traveling for over 30 hrs. I was not given the room I had a confirmation for, executive double room-sea view. It was a very small dilapidated room atthe rear of the hotel with a view of the rear of 2 or 4 other hotels/apartments. I was told, "there are none available". I was exhausted so took the room. The next morning I spoke to a supervisor, showed him my confirmation, executive double room-sea view. I was then given that room, that I had booked and paid for.
I stayed again on November 22, 2025. As I had prebooked and paid for weeks in advance. When I checked in it was the same supervisor I had dealt with on my last stay, November13-15. I asked if it was an executive double room-sea view. He said "no there are none available" again, I showed him my confirmation. Again, I was told "there are none available" I stayed for the night as it was already paid for. It's obvious to me, they resold my room on two different occasions for a higher rate. Long story short. It doesn't matter what you book and pay for, this hotel cannot be trusted to provide the confirmed accommodation you booked and paid for. I will never be back, and recommend you stay elsewhere!
