    We were told the check-in if after 15:00 even though on the platform is listed after 14:00. However, we were enjoying the city and we came for a check-in at 17:30 and we were surprised that our room wasn’t cleaned at all! Mistakes happen, I understand. However, the reception made a whole fiasco in front of me by calling the cleaning lady and telling her off and telling me that she made the mistake and left at 17:30 because her shift ended… Why do I need to care about that? It’s not my business. I’m a client and I just need a solution, not ex. They offered us to wait 15min while they clean the room… seriously, you clean a room for 15min??? This is absolutely unacceptable!!! And this is a 4* hotel??? They told us two times that the hotel is full and they have no rooms, however, my partner, raised his voice and said this is absolutely unacceptable and then suddenly they gave us a clean room!!!! The room they gave us was from the more expensive ones. However, if you have simply given us a room without the need of this fiasco with the cleaning lady, and without the need to lie us in front of our faces that you are fully booked, I wouldn’t have taken the time to write this negative review. You need to upgrade your standards and customer service! I’m really ashamed as I’m Bulgarian and this was the first experience of my French boyfriend in our country. And it is a 4 star hotel..: please, take a note! A client just needs a simple solution, not to listen to your 20min excuses… you literally wasted our time and we were late for an event!!! Ridiculous…

    Had a very good two night stay. Convenient location, good room, helpful staff. There's a car and motorcycle parking at the basement, the cost was 11€ per night for our motorcycle.

    The hotel has a very good location, just a few minutes’ walk from the metro station, with easy access to trams and within walking distance of Vitosha Boulevard. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of choices. Housekeeping did a good job and cleaned the room daily. There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The in-room safe was not working, the electric kettle was faulty, and the bathroom felt dated with a broken shower knob. The air conditioning also switched off occasionally. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found the hotel to be a good choice for a solo traveller because of its convenient location and good breakfast. However, families or guests expecting fully functional room amenities may want to ensure these maintenance issues are addressed.
