I liked everything about this hotel except for breakfast. I stayed 4 days and breakfast was pretty much same for 4 days. I wish they cut up more fresh fruit (like watermelon or melon). Or bowl of fruits. Instead of fruit salads. They had pineapple and orange slices though. But the location was excellent. We rented a car but it was rarely used. Except for the national park visit.

Albratros Hotel has a good strategic location, but the overall experience was terrible. The room was extremely hot with no air-conditioning. Opening the window was not an option either, as it became unbearably noisy due to zero soundproofing, especially facing the main road. Even rooms facing inside could clearly hear neighbouring guests.
Basic amenities were missing—no kettle, no drinking water, basically nothing provided. Breakfast selection was very limited and of poor quality. Considering the high price charged, the quality is completely unacceptable. Overall, it was a truly horrible experience, like hell.

Good location, lovely room with in everything we needed before our arctic expedition. Higher up rooms would be quieter. The level one rooms looked like they would be noisy.
