    I was not able to check in after hours , no option given to pay a deposit late night , although I booked on the same day travel , after landing got a message saying if we don’t receive the deposit before 9 pm , no check details were provided , imagine no option to pay online , u have reached past midnight , open your message , no option given to pay , call the manger he does not take your call , at least u could give us an option to pay online and check in and or last option to collect deposit in the morning , but I had to drag my bags for 1 km past midnight , to reach another hotel . At least don’t accept last minute booking in that case , be clear about your deposit policy , along with the booking , and once u call it a hotel , it gives a wrong impression , that staff will be there after hours , the only bad experience , I have had after a long time

    We stayed 2 days Fire escape door was broken in hallways allowing any random to stroll inside the hotel we witnessed people shooting up drugs in the corridors people who were staying soley to go "shopping" I.e rob the shops across the road Add to this the manager Eddie is a Rip off targets younger women and hits them with added fees unfortunately my partner checked in and not only did he charge her *** for a bond and service fee on top of what I'd paid he demanded it be paid via pay id so was off the books Has since refused to pay this back aswell as being charged for a mini bar that was never stocked in the room I couldn't leave my partner alone here as unsafe AVOID THIS PLACE rooms may be cheap but you'll get stung on arrival and have no choice but to pay Rooms dirty and old Unsafe and dangerous place to stay which is a shame as in a prime area
