    10/10 but house keeping took 3 bottles of unopened water $36.70 from our room and then said "contact reception they will replace them" and "they're our waters" she was Chinese and her English skills weren't good enough to communicate properly, anyways other than wasting $36 for nothing all good

    I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking coming to the Gold Coast. Very close to the tram which takes you everywhere. The pool is amazing and the rooms very well designed, we had everything we needed.

    On the day we stayed, the outdoor spa was broken and under repair, so we could not use it. It was a disappointing day as the weather was bad and we missed out on what we had been looking forward to. The hotel is excellent and clean, and the staff are very polite and friendly. I definitely want to visit again on my next trip.

    We enjoyed our stay. Fabulous modern room, and pool area amazing. Only negatives were official check-in time is too late (4pm), and room service dessert menu has minimal options. Please make a better dessert menu.
