    me and my partner were disapointed after our last time staying here we stayed again this time and the time to book us in was way too long as there is not enough staff, also when we got into our room it was cold and the aircon was not working we tried getting in touch with staff however their phone lines were always busy so my partner had to walk out in the cold to ask them to politely come and look at it which they eventually did, the issue did eventually get resolved but it was very uncomfortable and interrupted our time there.
