    My 3 children and I stayed at the Denman - it was wonderful. The hotel and staff were fantastic. The breakfast buffet , dining room & bar were all great. I would recommend, and we will be looking to stay there again next year for our skiing holiday.

    Rooms need much TLC, not quite sure how this hotel can advertise as a 4 star hotel We had a 3 night stay, bed sheets were not changed once during our stay despite our request for our room to made up each day No parking, nearest parking 10 min walk, no check in facility, this was a phone call as the front desk was unattended most of the day, no secure area to leave luggage whilst walking back from the car park, breakfast was very basic continental style, no cooked or hot food at all, we booked this as left booking the alpine to late, given the alpine is the same star rating, the comparison between these two hotels is night and day, avoid booking this place wherever possible

    Our room overlooked the chairlift so scenery was fantastic.Nice bar,great breakfast (provided), dinner in the Terrace restaurant and very friendly service by all.

    like most places in thredbo the Denman rooms are a bit run down. Old TV with only two channel., cracked tiles in the bathroom, mould around the sink drain, lifting boards on the balcony, windows don't open properly. The drying room is ordinary, one small seat to sit on to put your boots on for a whole Hotel?? to compensate for the staff should be exceptional, knowledgeable and interested but they are not & they don't go out of their way, no offer even to take bags to rooms. Whilst I've always enjoyed going to the bar and the restaurant at the Denman, I won't be back to stay at the hotel
