We had a pleasant stay here. Rooms are clean, facilities are good for the money. Very convenient for the station and for the Blue Mist - one of our favourite cafes in the mountains. We were on the front of the building, so there was a little noise from the road, but it didn't disturb us for sleeping. We would stay here again.

The hotel was situated in a conveniently located area. I will say the photos are deceptive and the room was definitely not the size listed. It was a lot smaller. There was no bed side table to put my things down like glasses, water etc so made it hard when getting up in the night and bending down on the floor to find them. The photos showed 2 bedside tables but it didn’t have this. It could have definitely fitted it as it was only a double bed in the room. When we went to check out the exit was locked and made it hard carrying bags as we had to walk around the entire property to leave. There was no communication about this and we couldn’t leave the keys at reception as the door was locked so had to search for a drop box, which again wasn’t communicated on check in. A bit more communication and transparency on the actual sizing of the rooms and not just using ur best room for the photos would be appreciated to save disappointment on arrival. It’s a bit overpriced for what you get.
