    Booked in at 8pm, really nice people very chatty and a lot of information to give us about places around. The room was really nice and tidy. They already had the heater on for us so the room was nice and warm. The spa bath worked great

    We were given a lesser value room and not the one we booked, when we asked staff they agreed and offered us another room, only to find it was lesser again. We asked for a refund and were told no. We settled for the first room despite it not being what we booked. Once we bought our luggage to the room (3rd time and an hour and a half later) upon entering a room, something shiny on the shaggy rug caught our attention and it was a popped cork from a wine bottle from the previous occupants. This was a getaway for a special Birthday and it was so disappointing. We got married here 3 years ago and spent extra for the room we had when we got married which didn't work out at all. Staff were not interested in our concerns and offered no solution except telling us if we didn't stay we were going to lose our money so we should just try and make the most of it!

    Great location and staff but was a little dusty in the hallway and room was very small with outdated facilities. Shower was very small and couldn't fit inside
