    Room is big. 2 King Bed that can sleep 4. Requested high floor but got 1st floor instead cos they say cos it's Standard Room so no high floor. Quite popular with 2 floors of parking. Experience a fire alarm at 9+pm on 1 nite with fire engine activated...thanks to some clown smoking in the room that activated the smoke alarm, everyone gathered at the carpark.

    I was out in the new section of the hotel, which at first glance appeared nice. Only to find a short time later that the entire room was crawling with bugs. Baby cockroaches, thousands of bed bugs in /on and around the bed and all through the carpet. Even the bathroom was disgusting. Fruit flys everywhere and a rancid sewerage smell coming from the drain pipes and toilet. .when i told the staff about it in the morning the guy just laughed about it. Glad it was funny to them . I want my money back
