    The hotel is just average. Nothing fancy but it's near the train station. Staff are not very friendly. For the location- it's good. To recommend it to other tourists,not really.

    Location is the biggest plus point. Right next to the WestBahnHof, for subway travel to the city and trains travelling to other parts of Europe. Very peaceful and secure place.

    Wonderful staff that took care of me right away and provided all the info I needed and more -- I got upgraded to a very quiet room that was perfect - clean, with comfortable beds, and the perfect temperature for a very restful night's sleep before and after two long flights. Great little bar area with again great staff (I believe both were Polish?) that were super attentive and helpful with recommending items of the menu! I shall return!
