    Dear Great Southern Hotel Management Team, I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding the deeply disappointing level of service I experienced during my recent stay from 3 to 11 October 2026. As a paying guest, I expect a standard of professionalism, hospitality, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, the behavior of your staff during my stay fell completely short of these standards. Specifically, I encountered an issue during my stay when m my room was overly wet & was attended twice to my room by one of the hotel staff. On my check out day today, I was attended to by your rude, unprofessional & unacceptable behavior of your Indian front desk staff, I was met with complete indifference. Rather than offering assistance or showing any empathy for the inconvenience caused, the staff member was dismissive, defensive highly unprofessional & reprimanding us to leave the hotel premise! That's was extremely rude and unacceptable behavior! Totally unexpected and unbelievable. A great hotel is defined by how it treats its guests, especially when problems arise. The total lack of empathy and care displayed by your team made what should have been a comfortable stay an incredibly stressful experience. I trust that you take guest feedback seriously and will address this lack of training and customer care with your team.
