    We held my husband’s 50th in Coolangatta and chose the pink hotel as our accommodation. We ended up not even going out and just staying there. The place is amazing. The staff are friendly. Will help you with absolutely anything including being locked out of your room at 2 am and they come and save you. Cannot fault them and absolutely recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

    I loved the rooms colours block out curtains for a sleep in and a late check out , clean and cosy ,good water pressure in the shower with hot water , stayed one night but will book again .The roof top are had seating and tables great view of the ocean .

    I’ve stayed here twice and the first time on the ground floor was better than my recent top floor experience. The room was at the back of the hotel away from the beach and backed onto a noisy bar or restaurant where I could hear the live music and lots of street noise from the round about. Apart from that it’s a great spot. No staff to be seen the either time I was there , but check in was easy regardless. Don’t eat at the Asian Fusion place a little way up the road, had the worst Chicken Satay of my life!!

    We booked and stayed in the Medusa suite. It was exactly as pictured. The motel is a very old building that’s been renovated, so very few power outlets available. There was no water when we first e there’s the room but this resolved after an hour or so. The rooftop area is great but bar doesn’t seem to open, so only for private events maybe? It’s easy to BYO and there’s shops nearby. The most annoying thing happened on the morning we were leaving. We went to get breakfast and we’re going to eat it in our outdoor area, but when we got back to the room housekeeping had assumed we had left and were making it up For the next guests. It was more than an hour before check out time and we were only gone for 15 minutes, and we hadn’t checked out - so this was really annoying as it robbed us of some time we had paid to have the room for.
