    Great Location with easy access to shops. Nice size rooms and a comfortable stay with friendly staff.

    There is no ramp at the front of reception. Two steps. Not great for wheel chair users or people with wheeled luggage. The carpet smelt weird and was raised on the third floor, which I initially hadn’t seen and tripped on. The furniture and fittings are very old. The bathroom had water damage over the shower, and black stains on the glass. The hot water was super hot. The bed was comfortable and well made. The air conditioning was very good. The staff were amazing, the chef made a great breakfast and the barista made a brilliant coffee.

    Right from check in i was impressed by this hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming and explained all about the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice and refreshing and the outdoor pool are is well looked after and clean. Restaurant was good. Food was yum and the service great.
