    The most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. Such clean and lovely facilities. You honestly don’t need to leave the resort. Access to the beach and a short walk to town. Spoilt with all the swimming pools. The staff were phenomenal. Our room was cleaned every day. Worth every cent!!!!!

    Our stay at the Sheraton was pure bliss. We celebrated our anniversary, babymoon, and Mother’s Day all in one unforgettable staycation, and it was absolutely worth it. The whole place was peaceful and spotless, the staff were incredibly accommodating, and the food was honestly some of the best we’ve had. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and so grateful, we’ll definitely be coming back.

    We recently stayed at the Sheraton in Port Douglas and had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, our initial room wasn’t up to standard — there were stains along the bottom of the sheets, fingerprints on the glass, and the overall condition of the room felt quite tired. It was clear there wasn’t much attention to detail in the housekeeping. To their credit, management responded quickly and showed us an alternative room, which was an improvement. The Duty Manager also added breakfast for our entire stay as a gesture of goodwill, which we appreciated. On the positive side, the hotel facilities themselves were fantastic. The gym looked freshly renovated and had everything you could need, and the two main pools were excellent — spacious, clean, and not overcrowded. Overall, we left feeling unsure whether we would stay again. While the amenities were great, the room cleanliness issues made the experience less enjoyable than expected for a hotel of this level.
