    10.10.2026 - First time staying here. Great location and staff. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Very disappointed that the on-site carpark with valet parking was closed for works. Also the swimming pool, spa and sauna were closed for works.

    Close to Lune Croissants & Excellent Thai restaurant Chin Chin.. My favourite hotel because of its good location.. security lock was broken and the gym under renovation

    Stayed for 3 nights over GF weekend great location in the city. However our room was not serviced the entire stay. No housekeeping or turn down service at all. Arrived home each day to unmade beds, dirty glasses and mini bar had not been replenished. This meant we had to go out late at night to find water and a bottle of wine as had none in the mini bar. In the end had to ring and ask for them to service our room and change sheets and towels and make up our room. They did not change the sheets remade the bed with the dirty sheets. We were going to stay a 4th night but decided to pack up and go to another hotel. Such a shame as nice room and location but for the price much better options.
