    Picked this place as somewhere to rest my head overnight before seeing a band. Place is somewhat elegant in it's simplicity, perfect.

    We stayed here for a night. The lady at the front allows us to check in early. We came 30mins earlier, which is quite nice if you been on a long travel. Upside is this place is centrally located where the free tram zone is. Close to lots of shops and eateries. Downside is, the place looks rundown with some coakchroches in the toilet and kitchen, Some used kitchen sponged with dishwashing liquid is provided if you plan to cook. We just used the microwave when we stayed there. The map shows this alleyway to enter but it is actually the opposite alley where the h&m is. Overall, this place is good for a short stay. cheap and good location.

    Location wise is very convenient a short 15 to 20 mins walk to either flinders street or southercross station. Room is quite big for a solo traveler. Not so comfortable with the dim lightings and cupboard doors unable to close properly. Zero views as room was facing back alley. Windows bit cracked, pull string curtains dirty. Overall facilities look was quite disappointing. Also, noise level from streets quite bad. After cooking, the smell doesn't wear off. However, staff were friendly and there is 24/7 reception and CCTVs outside room hallway making the stay feel safe. Can't expect much for at this price. If hotel is to make a revamp will likely book again.
