    This hotel does not dissapoint me any time i stay there. The last time i arrived on July 10 it was not even 11am and my room was not ready the check in guy said but offered me an apartment as the alternative. I was shocked that he offered it to me straight awsy, but was also extremly happy. This guy went out of his way to make me feel special and i appreciated that. The hotel did not dissapoint mre last time i stayed there and did not this time. It has become my hotel of chouce in Melbourne!

    Plastic mattress covers with hospital flat sheets. I expected more fore the price, very disappointed
