The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. However, there were several issues that I simply cannot overlook, as they significantly affected my holiday experience.
First, the lighting in the room was extremely dim after sunset, which made the room uncomfortable in the evening. Also, the entertainment facilities were outdated for a five-star hotel. The TV did not offer Netflix or any modern streaming services, only local channels, and there was no option to connect my own device to the TV.
I contacted reception for assistance, but I was told that they did not know how to help and that the team did not speak English well enough to assist me. This was honestly a major disappointment and quite shocking for a hotel of this standard.
Guests choose a five-star hotel expecting comfort, entertainment, and a certain level of luxury. Unfortunately, having no proper entertainment options in the evening made the experience feel unnecessarily boring and took away from what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
I hope the hotel takes these points seriously and improves these facilities for future guests.

Very nice hotel in the middle of the city, that provides great services and value for the money. The spa included in you stay is great, the staff always helpful and welcoming, the breakfast tasty and plenty.
We plan to come back!

A spacious, clean, modern room with the well working amenities. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, while its location allows an easy walk to the Skanderberg monument.

This hotel should be considered 4 stars or 4.5 stars. First issue we had was A/C not working - while they tried to fix it twice we had to set up the A/C to manual and run it at the highest speed to get a little of air being blown - which was not enough to cool our room - getting direct sunshine from the outside.
The amenities are also not high quality. The my should upgrade them including their bath robes that are harsh and not soft enough, their shampoos that are very basic m,
Etc.
The breakfast does not have any espresso so you have to be OK for a kind of brewed coffee Enoch was tasteless. The fresh pressed orange juice was good tough.
Overall did not like the service as our expectation was higher for a 5 star hotel
