    The staff are very rude and do not know how to behave with guests. Their hospitality skills are extremely poor, and the level of customer service is disappointing. I hope the management provides proper training to improve the guest experience.

    It's quite good to stay in cheapest rate in low budget but towels might be found ragged and all setting is also poor! But I was just wanted cheaper and that was quite good to me!

    Full day there is only hot water in tap. Room cleaners are polite but guy at reception is very rude. No services given from restaurant staff. Ac not in good condition making terrific noice every 2 hours. No kettle for coffee or tea At first everything was good now since 2 months everything has changed
