    We had a wonderful stay at RIU Dubai. The hotel is in an excellent location, with several swimming pools suitable for both adults and children. The beach is beautiful, and I really enjoyed the variety of activities available throughout the day. The restaurant was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit different tastes. The hotel also maintains a strict policy regarding the number of guests per room, which probably explains why it is slightly more expensive than some similar hotels. One suggestion for improvement would be to relocate the table tennis table to a covered or indoor area, similar to the pool table, especially considering the hot weather. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay, the atmosphere, the facilities, and the excellent service. The staff were generally very helpful, although a little additional training for some of the pool and bar staff could further enhance the guest experience. A special thanks to Riyaz for his professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help. I would also like to thank the team who organized the board games (they were wearing red and white uniform), they were friendly, engaging, and added a lovely touch to our stay. Also, the reception staff were very polite, patient and helpful.

    I recently booked a 2-night stay at the RIU hotel in Dubai through Agoda, but unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The booking process showed a good rate for 1 room for 3 adults and a child (6 years old), but after completing the online payment, the receipt indicated that only 1 adult was booked for the room. When I attempted to amend the issue through Agoda's website, the online options were limited and didn't address our problem. I feel misled by the online booking process, which I believe was deceptive.
