    I paid my booking in advance but on arrival again they charge me full amount i told them why they say its the amount for booking but i say check the details properly and then they are saying sorry its out mistake i say ok refund me they say it will take one month time OMG Its ridiculous and now i have to wait for one month to get the refund wow And in room only 2 small bottles of water and nothing else woww its a 5 star hotel

    Excellent stay, very friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy. Dinner at market24 was especially the highlight of the stay. Special thanks to Mr. Khant and the other staff for the excellent service.

    We stayed one night, checking in on 5 September and out on 6 September. Our room was a Family Room with two king beds on the 22nd floor. The room itself was clean and well presented, and we had no complaints on that front. The problem was the smell of cigarette smoke. We had booked a non-smoking room, but from around 9 pm a very strong smoky odour filled the room and lasted the whole night. I couldn’t work out where it was coming from, but it was strong enough that I ended up with a cough and a headache by morning. Everything else about the stay was fine, but this made for a poor night’s sleep and is something the hotel should look into. Apart from that, for checkin process, we were informed that the room will be ready in 10-15 mins and that the staff will inform me ince ready. I even pointed out to them, where i am sitting. But, for almost 45 mins of sitting, no one came in. When i approached the same checkin staff again, he checked and told me yes the room is ready, but didn’t tell explain why he did not inform me or updated me when the room was already ready. Strange behaviour and non apologetic. Expected better customer service.
