    ⭐⭐☆☆☆ The hotel’s location is good and convenient, and the staff were polite and helpful. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, which I appreciated. However, my stay in Room 514 was disappointing. The room had bedbugs and cockroaches, which was a major concern. The air conditioning was also not working properly. Even though the AC was turned on, the room never cooled down, and the AC control unit seemed to have issues. The room itself is small, so the AC should have been able to cool it easily, but I was sweating throughout my stay. I hope the management addresses these issues, especially the pest control and AC maintenance, as the hotel has a good location and friendly staff.
