There are cockcroach in the room, and the bathroom smell bad.

Good location, but unfortunately, that was the ONLY positive thing about our stay. Bad experience & unnecessary stress 🥴😮‍💨 We stayed for 2 days, and honestly, it felt like a waste of money. These were the problems we experienced: -Unexpected cash deposit upon check-in, but can be refunded after checkout. -Confusion over the number of guests on the booking. We booked for 3 guests, but reception insisted that the booking showed only 2 and asked us to pay extra. -Very poor room cleanliness. The room had a bad smell and cockroaches roaming around. There was also a lot of dust and visible mold on the ceiling, which is concerning from a hygiene and health perspective. -Bathroom smelled strongly of stale urine. Water also leaked out from the corner bathtub area while taking a shower, leaving the floor wet and creating a potential slipping hazard. -Bed linens were not changed before our arrival. The linens were also worn out and poorly maintained. The mattress badly needs to be replaced. -The bed was so uncomfortable that we constantly had the unpleasant feeling that something was crawling underneath or inside it. - No dental kit provided, no coffee/tea. Towels look wornout. -Very unreliable internet/Wi-Fi. If you plan to stay here, better have your own mobile data. -Very limited pool hours — only 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. -Visitors are not allowed, and the way the reception and security staff handled this was extremely uncomfortable. -Reception staff and security guards were extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. For a hotel with a 3-star rating, we expected a much better standard of cleanliness, comfort, maintenance, and customer service. Unfortunately, our experience was far below what we expected. Definitely not coming back. Two days here was enough to know that we would not stay again. The price is not acceptable for the quality and service provided. There are cheaper hotels that are much cleaner, more decent, and provide significantly better customer service. Would NOT recommend this hotel. Look elsewhere if cleanliness, comfort, and respectful customer service are important to you.
