    We found chairs and table removed from the room, Tv not working. Stayed 2 nights bored in the room. Our concern was taken care of. We were very disappointed.

    The stay at this hotel was pretty interesting. This hotels was pretty interesting, the gym was mostly closed. In my first day, after check in, I went to the facilities' floor, and wanted to check them out. The swimming pool seemed interesting, not really clean, but no dirty, the gym seemed okay but I couldn't use it as according to the staff over there it was closed, but I actually went up to the door and it was open, I don't know if that actually means the gym was open or being closed or just that they lost the keys or whatever, but I couldn't use it. One more thing, the personal there told me you have talk to the reception before going to the gym so that you make sure they open it for you, I spoke with the reception one night prior to the day I wanted to go to the gym, and they said it will be open next day, but when I called them that next day they told me that the gym is closed for the day. I decided to not go to the gym from the point forward. When it comes to room cleanliness the room was somewhat clean, but when I got on the bed I felt some itch afterwards, I did request a change of sheets and towels everyday from that point on. The bathroom is somewhat old and worn out, but clean. Despite me only seeing the cockroaches maybe twice in my whole stay, there were some cockroaches nevertheless. Room service did some decent job cleaning the room, but he used to forget a lot, like sometimes he would forget to change the sheets sometimes he would leave the trash bags full, sometimes he would not change all the towels, despite me asking for those things every single time. But if you had a complaint about anything in your stay, wither it be room cleanliness or a missing towel or whatever it is and you told the reception about it, they would help change it, so I give them points for that.
