I think the space is larger than the photos suggest, and while they aren't listed, there is a microwave, hair dryer, and electric blanket for the queen and one single -- essential for a midwinter stay.
It's a great location, if you're happy to travel with linens and you're on the Australian 5G network (Optus has gotten much better down there). Probably not a good choice for someone traveling from overseas with a data-only eSIM.
It gets pretty cold in the bedrooms in winter, but the main bedroom has an oil heater, which helps a lot!

Great spacious rooms, lots of board games, good kitchen, a block from the beach and start of promenade, great view from the balcony, very clean, host communication and allowed us to early check-in, overall great place!
It is a big hill to walk, so might be too much for some people to walk there from the beach.
