The cleaning and facilities of the apartment were superb as well as the location
I missed some more help from the staff and/or owmer on local recommendations, for example. We only met the staff the last morning we were leaving and they seemed as two other host more, not really helpful.

Good location close to town and a short walk from public parking. We arrived early and were able to check in earlier.
As the property has a shared bathroom (shower and toilet combined into one room), depending on how long people showered for it could be a long wait for the bathroom

Noise from autoroute throughout the night. The rooms are subdivided in a residential apartment block which is very dated - lift unsafe and sound proofing non existent. Whilst the person working for the owner made us feel welcome it seemed strange that the owner felt it was ok to just send messages. Legal requirements in Portugal of registration of guests not followed so felt unregulated.
