Very good location, decent size balcony and well equipped room. The bed was comfy, air-conditioner was great (we even had a room chilled on our arrival which was amazing from a host side). Shower had good pressure and was a great size. All room was very clean! There is a coffee maker and even coffee caps, which was very nice. As we arrived late at night, we really appreciated the cold water bottles. All in all, great stay! Super convenient location, just few mins to the beach clubs and lots of restaurants around.

Sliding door did not felt safe at the time of arrival, but we got used to it and it was fine.

Sicuramente la posizione e la possibilità di parcheggiare nel cortile condominiale. Bagno molto spazioso e un piccolo balcone.

Parkplatz Situation, geschrieben " Parkplatz inbegriffen " was nicht ganz stimmt... Bei VIELl Glück bekommt mann einen Parkplatz im Arial vom Wohnhaus. Es gibt mehrere Häuser. Sonst auf der Straße Parken...Kostenpflichtig Die Reinigung vom Zimmer bei 10 Nächte, einmal. Handtücher wurden 2 gewechselt. nach Absprache. Ich habe den Vermieter gefragt ob das Zimmer gereinigt werden könnte. Antwort ...... das ist nicht üblich, da es kein Hotel ist. Es war ein Strandurlaub....trotz abduschen am Strand. War der Boden nach kurzer Zeit mit Sand belegt.
