A beautiful, clean appartment with sauna and a private hot tub.

The whole property is beautiful and very well maintained. The appartment was new, clean and very nice to be in. When we arrived the hot tub was hot and ready to use and the sauna was easy to turn on and use. There was also a frige full of fine wine we could help ourselves to - one bottle already included in the price.

When we arrived the appartment was pretty cold, because some of the windows were partly opened. I guess for fresh air, but I would prefer to walk into a warm appartment. We were able to heat up with sauna and the air conditioning so it wasn't a big deal.

Wonderful accommodation in a pleasant village. Great base for exploring the surrounding area. Breakfast was excellent. Everything was clean. The hosts are super friendly and they also have their own products. I totally recommend it.

Very good

Rooms are located in a nice vineyard region and are new and clean. Breakfast and host were great. We had a bottle of their own brand wine as a gift and bought an aged brandy for the winter months. Overall it was ok for 1 night.

Cozy, comfortable, restful

The breakfast was excellent, the bottle of wine that was given to us was absolutely fantastic, and the room was beautiful and comfortable!

We were traveling on bikes, and the location wasn't that close to restaurants, bars or shops. The location was very quiet and in a cozy, cute village however, and we loved it. Just a heads up, if you're on bikes, make sure to stop at a town before arriving for food, beverage, anything else you need!

Peaceful location but a short car ride to the local attractions. The staff EXTREMELY friendly. Amazing breakfast. The equipment is top-notch and extremely clean. A free bottle of their own great wine per room was highly enjoyable.

I truly recommend this place!

Beautiful and modern apartments, fully equipped and very clean. Each guest gets a complimentary bottle of wine from their winery, which is a lovely gesture, and the breakfast was great. There’s free parking right in front of the apartments, which is super convenient. The receptionist was very friendly and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely boutique accommodation

Beautiful new rooms in an old building? Or building made to look old. Very nicely decorated with high quality fittings. Lovely touch of a complimentary bottle of their wines. Breakfast was good… we stayed 2 nights and it was the same both mornings- would be nice if perhaps they changed some items each day for variety. Really good info in the rooms about things to do in the area.

Minor issue and more for guests to be aware of- The village where the rooms are has basically nothing- a wee village pub with no food but interesting characters and cheap drinks (we liked that part!). We hired bikes and did the wine tasting at Petric (some distance away), cycled back to the rooms and then set out to find dinner… Sunday evening and nothing close was open! Settled for a beer and a bag of chips at the pub! Would be good if the rooms had a refrigerator so guests could self cater (there is a wine fridge but not suitable to store food).

Perfect stay to explore Vipava Valley

The room looked exactly as in the pictures, the access was easy with a code, so check in time was really flexible. The jacuzzi was preheated and we also had a wine in the fridge as a welcome gift! Highly reccommend this place to stay!

Great location, peaceful and great staff. Rooms are cozy, bright and really nice equipped. Breakfast was good. Nice touch was bottle of wine as gift in the room upon arrival.

quality of the room was great with a very nice fresh locally made breakfast gentleman that ran it was very hospitable and helped us out calling a shop to find out if a product was in stock. definitely coming back

Bathroom are pretty large and the room is fairly confortable. Durring the summer nights you can sit outside to enjoy a good glass of Pteric winery wine.

They should equipped the romms with mosquito nets.

The design of the room was really nice, great shower. They gave a complementary bottle of wine which you could choose. The rose wine was good.

Breakfast was a bit poor (1 spoon of cheese on the buffet table, no eggs) and the wifi was weak. The direction to the place can be improved as well.
