Breakfast was simple, but good enough

We had a lovely one-night stay. The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated, with everything you could need. It was a really nice touch to find a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us. Breakfast was simple but absolutely delicious. We were warmly greeted by a very friendly lady, and we especially loved the homemade eggs and jams. The fresh seasonal fruit was also excellent and tasted wonderfully fresh.

The only reason I'm giving a 7 instead of a higher score is because of our arrival experience. We were travelling with bikes, and a man greeted us rather grumpily through the window, telling us to leave our bikes outside. As cyclists, we obviously don't leave our bikes unattended. It would be helpful if there were a secure place to store bikes, or alternatively, we were happy to leave them in our car. There was no need for the angry tone—this could have been communicated politely and respectfully. Aside from that, we had a very pleasant stay.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay. From the accommodations to the staff and the breakfast it was a unique experience. The rooms are immaculate; the owners and staff were tremendous, and my fellow guests were special travelers. The town itself id idyllic,

I was sad when I had to depart.
