The Westin Resort & Spa Cam Ranh

We stayed here for 4N5D and it couldn't have been a better experience. Staff was super helpful and assisted with everything. Facilities were in impeccable shape and the family was able to truly relax without being concerned about anything. Would definitely revisit!

Location are match with couple, family Trip. The atmosphere are great. All green cover by landscape. Staff are supper friendly then always support. Highly recommend. Definitely came back.

Overall, this could have been a great stay if the rooms had better soundproofing. We could clearly hear people talking, doors closing, and water running from other rooms. During our stay, there was also a company gala dinner that was extremely noisy even with the balcony doors closed, and our infant couldn’t sleep. The resort only left a piece of paper informing about the event at our door and offered no compensation. I chose this resort because it has fewer rooms than others in the area, hoping it would remain quiet even at full capacity. Unfortunately, we may have just been unlucky to stay during a large group event. Service was mixed. The check-in staff were rather unwelcoming, and the dinner buffet staff did not clear dishes unless we asked, despite having plenty of staff and few guests. The staff at the phở station were also unpleasant, while the breakfast team were much better. Room attendants, however, were friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious, clean, well-designed, and furnished with good-quality materials. The beach was clean with plenty of loungers, although having only one shower caused a long queue. The gardens were also beautifully maintained. Food had a good variety, including Vietnamese, Russian, and Korean options, with fresh juices and smoothies. Overall taste was good, although the phở was disappointing. Overall, it’s a beautiful, family-friendly resort with many strengths, but the poor soundproofing and large group events can affect the experience—especially for families with infants.

Overall very well managed property but as 5 star needs to meet expectations. Staffs , front desk/receptions, are not well trained or not knowing their job well. 👎including housekeeping staffs needs to improve a lot to be at 5 star level. They are at best 3 star level. Near swimming pool or near beach area , many small flies , needs to do better pest control.
