Cozy, clean, central, comfortable - highly recommended

The apartment has everything you need and expect: it is cozy, clean, central and comfortable. Great view, nice und uncomplicated host. Parking close to the center is possible, you pay less when you show your eVisitor-Ticket. We enjoyed our stay very much and can highly recommend Mazza House for staying in Cavtat.

Charming and welcoming!

Antonio was a really welcoming and warm host, who was very informative and helpful (especially re parking in the area). The property is located very central to all the restaurants and facilities, all within a few minutes walking distance. The space is quite big and well accommodated for. The balcony off course, has a great view off the bedroom, that left us many an hour just watching the sea with a glass of wine. It’s a great apartment and definitely recommend booking here for your stay in Cavtat.

Exceptional

Having vacationed in Cavtat for many years, I can say that Mazza House is a very special place. Unlike the vast majority of accomodations here which were built/refitted for tourists, this house is an authentic old town home. In addition to all the basics you need for a self-catering holiday, it has a lovely balcony off both bedroom and living room with views towards the sea. There is also a little courtyard just off the kitchen filled with citrus and mint. It is extremely private and peaceful: you have the house and courtyard to yourself. The location in the old town is such that you can reach shops, restaurants, and beaches in 5 mins. The host Antonio was fastidious about checking in with me via sms to see if I needed anything during my stay. While it is neither luxurious nor newly updated, the place was spotless and just exudes retro charm. A real gem!

Wifi did not work well for streaming or video calls, but was ok for surfing.

There is no showercurtain so the bathroom gets wet when you shower.

Très bon séjour comme chez la famille

Tout était très bien. Antonio est juste EXTRAORDINAIRE. Comme un ami. Il est venu nous récupérer à l'aéroport. Les chambres sont très bien, le reste de la maison est un peu dans son jus, mais on s'y s'en bien. C'est extrêmement PROPRE. La maison est entièrement pour nous, pas partagée. Belle terrasse, vue sur mer. Suggestion : si possible mettre une machine à café avec dosettes serait le top.

Locatie midden in centrum en toch rustig. Goed bed. Host behulpzaam en aardig

Zeer basic en ongezellig. Onvoldoende en bij elkaar geraapte oude keukenspullen. Geen koffie of thee of peper of zout. Of fles water. Verwacht je wel voor deze prijs. Geen zithoek (bank of lekkere stoelen) om te chillen. Parkeren duur, 2 euro per uur (ook s nachts).
