Come enjoy Naples in our newly remodeled clean, beautiful and spacious 2 bed/2 bath condo on water in the heart of Naples. This peaceful get away provides walking distance to 5th Ave., Tin City, Bayfront and close proximity to white sandy beaches.

Fully furnished, with brand new furniture and appliances. Located on the first floor, walk out to a heated pool and a breathtaking waterfront location. Features an updated open kitchen custom designed with bar top seating and LED Lighting for every occasion. Remodel includes quartz counter tops, easy-close drawers, hurricane windows, new furniture (sofas, coffee table & end tables, lamps, TVs, king size bed, dual single beds, etc.).

Also equipped with high-efficiency fans for energy savings. Relax and dine with family & friends on the Lanai, the Pool area, or on the Beach. Boat docks available to rent or fish on the seawall just 100 yards from Naples Bay.
