Try out tiny living in this 240 sq foot cabin. large porch overlooking a 1 acre lot. It is a peaceful setting, with a queen bed, futon, kitchen, and full bath. It is within walking distance to Eva swim beach, close miles of hiking trails in Nathan Bedford Forest state Park. It is also 9 miles to Patsy Cline Memorial, and 33 miles to Loretta Lynn Ranch. This listing is for the entire tiny home cabin. It is private and all yours to experience. We are available to answer any questions. Location was convenient for access to Eva beach boat ramp. Comfortable and quiet. Great amenities. Only complaint would be the tankless water heater. Kinda hard to take a shower but maybe it's just me.

Was nice.cozy and the air conditioner worked so well. Very quiet place and easy access to the Tennessee river or beach.
Didn't like how small it was and sofa sleeper wasn't comfortable. Anytime I would move to the wall on the sleeper it would start to tip back
