The beautiful penthouse apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building in the style of Italian rationalism and can be reached by elevator except for a few steps in the entrance area.
If you come by car, there is a public underground parking directly across the street or, even better, only about 200m away, a paid garage that can be reserved in advance..

On the western side, the silhouette of the cathedral, “il Duomo” can be seen above the roofs, as well as the bell tower of Santa Croce. On the opposite side, the view sweeps far into the surrounding green hills and Fiesole.
