Hilton Beach Area- Perfect 1 BDR in a new building

I liked the apartment very much, good neighbors, location is amazing, very close to Ha'yarkon Park and the beach, top location of the city in my opinion. The building is new which is a great plus as a comparison to other buildings in the area XD the apartment have all facilities needed, maybe few things missing, but aren't critical for your stay. Elevator of course and a very nice entrance to the building, a door code as well, parking lot right next to the building if you need, also Supermarket just down the building.

The apartment is very very hot, feels like a sauna, if you want air you probably gonna need to use the air conditioner even at winter XD. Also, the area is very noisy and the apartment is located on the road side, if you don't mind you probably can stay with the windows open, but I couldn't stand it, not a single day or night that were quite. The area is like the center of Pubs and main roads, you can't really avoid the noise. And the main thing I personally didn't like is the host. Im not really sure who the host company are, but I didn't like their representatives. They are Not helping, Unfriendly. They never answer, I got an answer from them once a few days, Don't count on them to solve your problems. Check in was easy also check out, well, I informed them when we got out, but I never got a message back not even a "Thanks for staying" nor a goodbye. They have a problem with their payment system and they told us about it after 3 weeks of staying and not in a nice way. Lamp in the bedroom was falling out of the ceiling. A maintenance man came to fix it but the bed got dirty, I asked for new bed sheets cause I didn't feel like sleeping on the dirty ones, though it was early noon when I asked for new bed sheets I got them only at the late evening after 3 times asking (totally forgot me). perfect apartment for couples for a short stay, but the hosts are awful. As much as I loved it I won't come back.

The location was amazing, few minutes next to the Hilton Beach, and also next to Dizzengoff street. The place looked exactly like the pictures and was super comfy and cozy. Would definitely recommend.

We really liked our stay there. The apartment itself was very clean and stylish. Jessica answered all questions and was ready to propose any advise or help if we needed some. Washing machine and dryer work perfect, all sheets are clean, the interior is stylish and very cozy.
