Outstanding Stay with Thoughtful Touches and Breathtaking Views

This property exceeded our expectations in every way! The level of care and attention to detail was remarkable – from comfy house shoes and games to thoughtful additions like food bags for packing hiking snacks. The kitchen came fully equipped with all utensils, crockery, condiments, oil, and spices, making it easy to prepare meals. On the rare occasion we needed something not provided, the host responded promptly. The views from the bedroom are absolutely stunning. We were fortunate to have clear skies on our first night and witnessed the Milky Way – a truly surreal and unforgettable experience. The property itself is wonderfully spacious, with a bench outside perfect for soaking up the sun. The location is ideal: close enough to Durmitor National Park for easy access, yet far enough from the main Zabljak town to enjoy the peace and quiet we were seeking. The sweet grandmother who welcomed us on arrival added a lovely personal touch to our stay. We would absolutely return to this property without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Comfortable, spacious unit 5 min drive from the center of town with a great host

The host was great - very responsive, accomodating, and super helpful during our stay. Place was very comfortable and spacious and had everything you'd need. Great shower pressure.

Bathroom was downstairs and bed upstairs so a little inconvenient for middle of the night bathroom runs, but otherwise no problem.

Amazing place in Zabljak

A true fairytale place. Small and cosy, with most amazing bedroom and view from it. The owner was super responsive and very kind. My sister and I enjoyed and would definitely go back!

Stunning and perfect stay for us!

Wow! This place was perfect! It was very cute with all the facilities we really need and what a stunning view! We loved staying here and did wish we added an extra evening here. We enjoyed sitting outside at the table with the beautiful view of the mountains in the evenings sipping on wine. There's also a little kitchen (no oven, just a hob but there's restaurants nearby you can go to), fridge and sink. And there is a tv (but we didn't use it, didn't need to with that view!), the bed was really lovely and comfy and it was beautiful waking up to the mountains outside our window. The location is good as well as we're close to all the hiking trails we wanted to take, and close to the town for food and such.

Great for one night in Žabljak

Good value for money. The location is easy for visiting Žabljak and close to many restaurants, supermarkets, and Durmitor activity organizers. The apartment (not a cottage) was nice. It's much cuter on the inside than the outside. Good shower, ok kitchen, smart tv, good communication, not too hot even though it was 28c in the day as it cooled down for the night.

The neighbors are right in front of you so it's not very private and I would probably mow the lawn.

Sumska Bajka is lovely! Very cozy and comfortable. The view is absolutely stunning, and the owners are so friendly. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine and some local snacks. We have never experienced such hospitality before. Highly recommended!

Sensationeller Ausblick, tolle Einrichtung in diesem Tiny House. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! War zu den kalten Temperaturen durch die extra Heizung auch wunderbar kuschelig warm.

Das Bad ist mikroskopisch klein, für ein paar Tage geht das schon. Die Küche hat sehr wenig Ausstattung (wirklich nur je 2 Teile).

Просто потрясающе! Очень уютные, атмосферные, стильные апартаменты. Чисто, хорошо оборудованная кухня - с удовольствием готовили завтраки. Удобная кровать. Но самое главное - это место. Нереально красиво, тихо, возникает ощущение, что мы одни на много километров вокруг. И горы, горы... Ночью тишина абсолютная, я давно так хорошо не спала. С удовольствием провела бы там недельку-другую)

Нет утюга. От города (соответственно, от ресторанов и магазинов) довольно далеко, пешком минут 30. Мы намеренно выбирали уединенное место, но если кому-то нужна движуха, стоит это учитывать.
