Apartament espaiós i còmode, amb una bona televisió, tres dormitoris, sofàs i una bona taula de menjador. Facilitat per aparcar al carrer. Accés amb ascensor. Persianes elèctriques. Contenidors pròxims. Facilitat per contactar amb l'empresa i resoldre qualsevol incident.
A la cuina, la cafetera és de càpsules i n'hi havia poques. Hauria sigut millor tenir una cafetera de les antigues i poder fer el cafè a demanda. I també que hi hagués sal i sucre per no haver de portar-ne; com també gel de bany a la dutxa. També estaria bé poder carregar al mòbil al dormitori sense haver de desendollar els llums de taula.

El pis està en excel.lent estat, no li falta de res. En una zona tranquil·la on és molt fàcil trobar aparcament. El tracte amb en Jesus ha sigut impecable. Recomanem El Catllar i hi tornarem.
