The location was great, walking distance to the beach and quiet.
On arrival there was an issue with the lockbox and on entry it was discovered that the fridge had been turned off, hence what was in the freezer had 'gone off' it was quickly remedied by Bachcare. We thought that the sofas could be upgraded, the covers did nothing for the ambience of the living area.

The location was fabulous walking distance to beach, family ,coffee shop, short drive to waihi bch shopping village. Outdoor shower fabulous.
BBQ was filthy needed some attention with maintenance .oven roasting dishes need replacing. Lounge suite is beyond repair. Bed off lounge was very hard.
