Perfectly maintained modern property. Hosts were incredible, accommodating our every need, including providing us a fan at short notice. The home is well-equipped with great tech features. Very comfortable, with a small outdoor patio/garden. There was a welcome pack of coffee and other eatables, which we thoroughly enjoyed. If only all properties were kept and managed to such a great standard. Special mention for Jessica, who was great on the phone.
Nothing, it was perfect, including the communicative and responsive host.

The space and airiness of the house, nice tidy garden, ample parking space, and not too far to get to Carbis Bay and St Ives. The beds were comfortable. The house had all the amenities needed.
It would have been nice to have a hand towel in the downstairs toilet and hand soap near the kitchen sink.

Well appointed property in a peaceful residential cul de sac..hi spec tech and equipment. Well laid out and room for us all to spread out as a family with four grown ‘children’. Liked the utility room for washing and drying beach & walking wear etc. Carbis Bay is a good location for access to lots of local spots and attractions. Local large supermarket only 0.3 mile away and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We loved The Bean Inn.
Location means you need to rely on a hike down (and back!) to the beach or the local train-line station (St Ives to St Erth) or catch a local bus service (of which there were plenty) to get around the coast. We would have liked a few books and games as an alternative to tv on wet weather days. Carbis Bay beach club restaurant food was disappointing and car parking was prohibitive at £20 per day.

The property was absolutely amazing! Has all the facilities you will need, it’s in a fantastic location and the house is gorgeous. Thank you for a perfect stay, the home was absolutely immaculate, the 6 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Out of the 6 of us that stayed not one of us could pick out a single fault.
