About this apartment rental
Magnificent completely renovated loft of 102 m2 in the historic center of Montpellier.
3 separate bedrooms equipped with 3 large 160X 200 beds and storage space, 3 bathrooms for your greater comfort and privacy.
Sheets and towels provided.
Ideally located, you will stay just a few meters from : shops, restaurants, cinema, bars, opera, markets, supermarkets, tourist visits, beach 25 minutes by tram or 15 minutes by car...
Living room with sofa bed + armchair that can be used as extra beds (+3).
Equipped kitchen (oven / microwave oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer, washing machine dryer, coffee machine etc...)
Very bright apartment because crossing, the living room of 35m2 overlooks a quiet courtyard.
Internet access / WIFI / TV, space dedicated to teleworking.
The apartment is just a few hundred meters from Montpellier St Roch train station, 4 tram lines and bus stations. If you arrive by car, you can park at the "Foch Prefecture" car park 30 meters away, where long-term packages are available.
The beach is only 15 min by car but you can also reach it by tram (line 4 at 200m).

The apartment has a nice minimalist style with all the necessary comforts. The location is perfect for living a full experience of Montpellier center. We did not suffer from the noise of the pubs and restaurants in the square. The windows were isolating enough. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of historical Montpellier. Easy access to magnificent artisan shops, the Castellane fresh produce market, galleries, museums and more. EN plus the apartment is quiet and you cannot hear the restaurant and bar noises.

The apartment is a beautiful conversion in a classic Montpellier stone building, and is located in the very centre of the pedestrian heart of the city within a short walk of everything.
The listing however is not quite accurate in that there isn't a dryer, although the washing machine is excellent, neither is there a fireplace or barbecue.
A downside of the kitchen is that the cooktop has only two burners, which severely limits what you can cook. Fridge, oven etc. are fine. As for the third "bathroom", it actually consists of a bathtub and handbasin right in the upstairs bedroom.
The owner doesn't live in Montpellier and isn't very available, which wasn't a problem for us because we speak French and know the city, but for others at least an information package would be good.
Linens are adequate, but two of the mattresses aren't in great shape, and the pillows are frankly awful.
Overall this apartment falls a bit short of excellence, but it's spacious and attractive, and the location is unbeatable.

Property was in a great location, newly renovated but having said that the building is also under renovation so be ready to wake up early with the tradesmen. At nighttime it would be great to leave the upstairs windows open as the property only has fans, but the noise from the bars and restaurants cancels the option of that out , so in summer be prepared to be hot. The downstairs bathroom has little coverage so if you’re having a shower the tradesmen can see in. Also be prepared to bring your own toilet paper we were left with half a roll and no hand soap . No instructions on where to leave rubbish. We were overall really disappointed, great location, yes newly renovated but dusty from workmen, quite a few wall points for power didn’t work.
