La casa es un edificio de 2 alturas con una tabiquería perimetral de +40ctms que lo convierte en un aislante térmico fantástico. Está muy limpia, las camas son cómodas y la equipacion doméstica Buena. El barrio muy tranquilo. Se aparca en la puerta. A una distancia de 30 minutos+/-puedes llegar x el oeste a Aviles y por el este a Llanes o Ribadesella y Arriondas. Recomiendo la Olla de Borizu al atardecer y la Ruta de sendero litoral entre Colunga y la Isla, es precioso. Para comer guíate x tu olfato, no falla. Recomiendo además los quesos de Pria. A menos de 15 minutos Lastres y Colunga. Asturias no defrauda.
