Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación, situada en el centro de Colunga, con fácil acceso a todo tipo de servicios y muy próxima tanto a playas como a montaña.
Lo que menos me gusto, es que la sala de estar está ubicada en la parte de arriba, separada del comedor. El sofá es incomodísimo.
