Magic Fourka Apartment

Two weeks before our trip to Skala Fourkas, we read a very negative review of this apartment that worried us so much we even started looking for alternative accommodation. Fortunately, we didn't find anything that matched the needs of our family of four, where proximity to the beach, cleanliness, and value for money were our top priorities. When we arrived, however, all our concerns disappeared. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and exactly as described, while the host was both professional and welcoming. During our two-week stay, we discovered many additional advantages: a fantastic sea view, a huge wraparound terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, quality cookware, cleaning and laundry supplies, coffee, tea, honey, olive oil, and even a welcome bottle of wine. The host clearly pays attention to details. Beach towels, spare linens, beach chairs and umbrellas, mosquito repellent, batteries, and kitchen essentials were all provided, making our stay effortless and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable for us, and despite comments about road noise, the bedrooms face the beach, so we hardly heard anything. Each room has its own air-conditioning unit, all of which worked perfectly. The beach is not large, but it feels almost private, especially on weekdays. The water is crystal clear and shallow for a long distance, making it ideal for children. We spent hours there every day, often anchoring our SUP boards while the kids played in the warm sea. There are a few sea urchins near the shore, so water shoes are useful, but after the first few meters the seabed becomes sandy. The nearby Agios Nikolaos beach is also easily reachable by SUP and has stunning water. There are two Masoutis supermarkets nearby and a Lidl a short drive away, while the apartment's large fridge and freezer make grocery shopping very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, extended it by an extra day, and would gladly return and happily recommend.

The only minor drawbacks were that the internet connection is ADSL, so it was occasionally quite slow or unavailable (although this seems to be a common issue in Greece). Also, mosquito screens on the windows would be a nice addition, as there were not only mosquitoes but also grasshoppers and other insects. However, the windows are equipped with curtains and shutters, which helped us manage without any major inconvenience.

Περάσαμε υπέροχα! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό, άνετο και ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν και νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι είναι πανέμορφη και η παραλία βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά. Η Κατερίνα ήταν πολύ ευγενική και πάντα διαθέσιμη να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Η επικοινωνία μαζί της ήταν εύκολη και το check-in έγινε χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα.

Mükemmel. Konumu harika, 3 cepheli denizde orman manzaralı gün batımına eşlik edeceğiniz harika bir balkon. Denize sıfır olan evde istediğiniz an çok güzel denizin keyfini çıkartabilirsiniz. Market ve restoranlara çok yakın.Bina altında size ait kapalı bir otopark. Evde her ayrıntı düşünülmüş, bulaşık, çamaşır, kahve makineleri, büyük bir buzdolabı, her oda da klima ( ev iki cepheli ve klima açma gereği bile duymuyorsunuz)Rahat giriş çıkış.Ev ve eşyalar çok temizdi. Ev sahibi muhteşemdir. Ona çok ihtiyacımız olmadı çünkü o biz gelmeden her ayrıntıyı düşünmüştü. Yine de çok güzel beach ve restoran önerilerinde bulundu ve yardımcı oldu. O ve evi sayesinde çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Bir gün yine gideceğim.

Апартаменти дуже просторі, чисті, є ВСЕ необхідне для комфортного проживання. Поруч свій приватний пляж. Вхід в море камʼянистий, тому для зручності там поклали мішки з піском. Пару метрів пройти і далі вже піщане дно. Море чисте і неймовірно красиве. Є парковка в тіні, що дуже зручно. Поряд з помешканням є супермаркет (5 хв на машині), до Лідл хвилин 15 треба їхати. Таверни та ресторани теж поряд (5-7 хв на машині). Власниця дуже привітна, завжди на зв’язку, порекомендувала місця для відпочинку. Якщо хочеться тиші і спокою - це ідеальне місце.
