Cleanness, space, fully equipped kitchen and all around air conditioning

The location is incredible.

We didn't plan to spend a lot of time in the apartment, but we did intend to sleep and rest there. The master bedroom was fine. However... I gave the master bedroom to my friends and went to sleep in the smaller bedroom. I was woken repeatedly through the night by a loud noise which concluded with a grating metallic thud. Thankfully we did not have children with us as it would likely have caused nightmares! I contacted the hosts the next day to ask if they could tell us what cause this. They were aware of it and said they had been in communication with the building managers for months about it! They knew that this was a problem, but still rent the place as if both bedrooms are equally of use. I went to sleep in the living room the second night. The pull out sofa bed was not the most comfortable and the noise could still be heard, but it was not as loud. The icing on this sugarless cake was the message regarding check out telling us that we were to empty all of the separated refuse (garbage) ourselves. Value for the money is not here.
