Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Dużym plusem jest pionowy odkurzacz, którym można szybko wciągnąć wszechobecny piasek:) w kuchni wszystko czego potrzeba, duży balkon.
Mimo prób ustawienia temperatury kaloryfery były letnie i było nieco chłodno

Ładne mieszkanie i póki co jeszcze nie jest mocno zniszczone.
Można by sprzątnąć pajeczyny w mieszkaniu + opróżnić odkurzacz pionowy (wraz z filtrem) gdyż przestał wciągać od ilości zanieczyszczeń. Co do łazienki to prysznic w rogach można by doczyscic z pleśni (nie jest tego dużo więc mało pracy to wymaga). I tak na marginesie dla osób starszych brak windy może stanowić problem..
