Great location. Nice bright apartment, and small balcony. Nice separate bedroom and lounge. A 5 min walk from the Old town. Independent air conditioning units in lounge and bedroom. Only stayed for two nights but seemed well provisioned for a longer stay with washer, etc.

Bathroom maybe a little cramped, but certainly functional. Parking was a bit of a challenge when we arrived, so parked on the nearby square for an easy life and paid the €18 / day - 2-3 min walk to apartment. That was our choice and if you prepared to persevere / drive around (or park in a paid area and move to a free space later) you’ll likely find free or cheaper parking on the streets nearby.

This is a beautiful apartment in Monopoli in a fabulous convenient location . it has been newly presented and it has been finished to the highest standard with a fully equipped kitchen including a hob and oven and all to make the perfect morning coffee. The washing machine is the latest spec and the two TVs again are the latest smart tvs . The wifi and air con are also perfect and the bed large and comfortable . Ww arrived to be welcomed by the owner with a generous fruit bowl wine and other little bits to make your first visit comfortable . The are a number of supermarket with the closest just 5 mins walk away .the main town beach is 10 mins walk away . The owners are lovely Italians who are keen for their visitors to have the best time . I do not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Monopoli .
