The location makes Palazzina nel Verde a perfect solution. Right above the bay of Marina di Campo, Palazzina is sufficiently close to the main facilities (incl supermarket) while ensuring privacy, silence and very nice surrounding! In fact, it is the last property of the road, very very calm area! You can see the sea from balcony while appreciating the green around you! Marina is also a perfect location to explore the island and the many beaches it offers. Maurizio is a very nice host! i hope to be soon back for another stay here!

Man bor meget tæt, terrassen kun adskildt af en gennemsigtig bambusmåtte. Naboer er både Småbørnsfamilier med grædende unger kl. 6 om morgenen og hele dagen til kl 22 og fem teenagere der støjer og spiller musik og kommer støjende hjem om natten.

Posizione strategica su una collina con vista golfo in zona tranquilissima a 5 minuti da Marina di Campo. Appartamento pulitissimo e dotato di tutto il necessario. Maurizio, il propietario, disponibile per ogni necessità. In brebe davvero tutto perfetto!
